Everything: '91 Cloudburst
Visor: '90 Coldfront

Cloudburst is one of the more obscure Joe's, and is hard to comeby as a complete figure. I have had a few that were all incomplete, and they all became custom fodder. I found that I was never using the Cloudburst that I did have because the color scheme is pretty terrible.

I had a spare incomplete Cloudburst figure sitting around and I wanted to paint him in a color scheme I felt was more appropriate. The white pants had to go. He was missing a visor but thats no surprise. I gave him a visor from Coldfront, which is a little big, but will work until I get an actual Cloudburst visor.
