There is a piece of art out there on the interwebs of an unnamed Cobra character from 1990, and while the figure was never produced, it bears a striking resemblance to the Brazilian character, Flying Scorpion. I have always wondered if Estrela had gotten their hands on a number of unproduced character concepts and used them as the base from some of their more original figure/characters.
Anyway, I always liked the look of the figure and wanted to make my own, but had to make due with my limited part availability which meant taking some design liberties.

Scud is Cobra's new missile specialist. He's a former Mars Technician who specialized in testing new missile guidance systems. After some corporate restructuring, Scud found himself unemployed and was quickly approached by Cobra looking to expand the development of their own special missile systems.

The biggest liberty was with the headgear. The original art depicted a character with the Cesspool helmet, which I didn't have available. I opted to go a different route and used a Metal Head helmet instead, I just turned it around.
