Everything: '93 Cross Country

One thing Tiger Force specializes in is providing logistical support to allied rebel troops, they also provide supplies to those rebel troops in the field. Cross Country is a transportation expert and his role within the team is to deliver those supplies to the troops they're aiding.

When this figure was created I had plans on making a Tiger Force Havoc to go along with him. That concpet has since been scratched and there are a few replacement ideas in the works. As for now he's a transportation expert with no form of transportation.
