Digger was an obsucre character created in a GI Joe comic released in Australia. I had first learned about the character on this site, and thought he would be a cool International character to add to the team.

The character in the comic looked exactly like Recondo, but I didn't want to go with a Recondo repaint. I wanted the figure to look like his own character so I went with a Dialtone head but sanded down the mustache.
