This is a pretty simple custom that just kind of fell together one day. Minor paint apps to the thighs and face are all it took to make it more cohesive.

When Cobra's clone program proved to be a failure, they stopped all support of the surviving clones and waited for them to disappear. All of them perished except for Fred XIII, the last of the Fred series of clones. Somehow he had forged a new identity and lived off welfare in Broca Beach. This is where OverKill tracked him and rescued him. Fred XIII was brought to OverKill Industries and immediately sent to R&D with Hotwire. Hotwire designed a new system for him replacing all of his failing organs and providing an exoskeleton for his withering legs. OverKill now has a figurehead for his growing army and a man that the troops can rally behind.
