Growing up during numerous civil conflicts, Diablo was born into fighting. Drafted into the Sierra Gordo army just after grammar school, being a soldier is all he knows. After years of active military campains, Diablo has become a highly decorated Sierra Gordo Commando. He is a skilled fighter and interpreter.
He had been personally recruited to the Joe team by Old School, and is a valued member of his South American team.

This custom represents a project I was working on featuring a clandestine Joe operation taking place circa 1984 involving the Joe's first unofficial contact with a newly formed terrorist organization, Cobra. Diablo was essentially created as a made to die character for that project. but also fills in a spot for my growing International inspired customs.
