De-Con specializes in reverse bio-engineering Cobra designed toxins and sludge. He considers himself the smartest man on the entire Joe team and he may not be too far off. He does however lack certain social skills. His teammates affectionately refer to him as Robo-cop behind his back due to his head gear and stiff robotic nature. He is close friends with fellow Eco-Warrior Fallout.

De-Con represents the next wave of Eco-Warriors, if Hasbro had continued the subset beyond 1992, this is the route I would have wanted it to take.
