Fallout specializes in containing the eco threat by any means necessary so that his close friend and fellow Joe, De-Con, can then neutralize it. Whereas De-Con is dead serious at all times, Fallout is jovial and energetic.

This figure is a pretty simple repaint. I wanted to expand my Eco-Warriors team and add some new characters to the mix. One goal with these new figures is the seamless integration into the proper Eco-Warriors line.
