I know many people weren't too crazy about Dial Tone's sex change, but I liked the addition of another female to the team.

According to "The Rise of Cobra" video game, Jill S. Morelli is the sister of Jack Morelli, the original Dial Tone. She took over his post after he disappeared during a mission.

Pretty much a straight repaint, I did add a Spy Lounge Annika's vest for a little visual interest.
