One day Kilcarr stumbled across an interesting eBay auction (compiled in photo 6) and although it seemingly turned out to be a hoax, I thought it was funny enough to actually made a figure based on it, and actually a few others made some Swim Daddy Destros as well.

I put the base figure together, but knew that I would need some finishing touches, so after I had him built, I sent him off to drbindy to create and apply some waterslide decal tattoos.

We then decided that the concept of a Cobra Beach Party would be a fun table diorama for this year's GI Joe Collector's Club convention in Dallas.
