Dredd is a member of a Shadow Unit of G.I. Joe. He is the founding member in a Unit of Judges, whose main objective is to locate terrorists and judge them of their crimes and carry out sentences on the spot. They operate off the grid. Dredd was also part of a program that slightly modifies test subjects physically slightly enhancing stength, speed and durability. All Judges are outfitted the same with only their name badge to identify them. Judgement is coming!
