Mose is the owner of B.S. Inc. an empire he built from scratch through corruption and strong arming. He brought in Bishop as his Chief of security. Mose's defintion of security is to eliminate the enemy. Bishop will later affiliate with Cobra bringing B.S. inc into the fold the Cobra Empire.
