Red Ninjas are trained, from an early age, in complete armor to teach them to move stealthily in metal gear. They never quit their missions until it is complete or someone pays more money. An avis enemy of the Arashikage Ninja Clan, they hunt Snake Eyes ruthlessly. They would hunt Storm Shadow, if it weren't for the fact that he is on Cobra's payroll as well.

I wanted to create a ninja that was more in keeping of the modern Joes, so I found the extra components I needed to create a ninja wearing updated armor.
