Bullhorn is on that weird cusp of right after Sunbow ended and DIC picked up. Although he was in a lot of episodes of DIC's stuff like most of their characters they were pretty one dimensional and goofy.

I did really like how he looked though and wanted to capture some of that with this figure. There were certain things I felt were very much "Bullhorn". The camo on the face, the weird thing he has around his head, the holster in the front, and the leggings.

The original figure also had some nice bulk to him and I wanted to get that with this figure as well. I chose parts that were slightly bulkier or baggier than others I could have gone with.

Hits holster was made by cutting off a strap from the JvsC first release Dusty and dremeling out some room behind the webgear belt so that it fit better. Once I positioned that I glued a BBI holster to the front of it.

I was never crazy about the grenades across his chest or his webgear so I modernized that and left off the grenades. I did try and go with some equipment that I felt was a nice modern representation of what the original figure had.
