I really thought that the Sgt Bazooka looked more like Zap then anyone else.
So when I got the figure I realized that although the body sculpt was definitely Zap for me, that the head would work better for Bazooka.

I got the comic pack Zap head and resculpted the hair, which helped the entire face sculpt look more realistic. Then I repainted the head to bring out the details.

I also realized I needed to extend the torso a bit, so I used Knedatite from below the chest protector down to the belt of the figure. I then also added some extra pouches and what not to the torso of the figure to fill it out and fix it more to my liking.
