The Royal Guard are the defenders of Cobra-La. They are typically found guarding the Cobra Foreign Ministries , and the main Cobra Palace. Royal Guardsmen are recruited from the Viper corps and then genetically altered by the mad Cobra scientist , Mindbender. They are qualified experts to pilot all type of Cobra vehicles and weaponry.
