Customizer's Comments: Two things were the inspiration for this custom:
1. The Rampart head/Royal Guard torso combination looked like an MP or S.W.A.T. member.
2. I was watching the Samuel L. Jackson movie "The Negotiator" the night I put him together.

Bio: Talkdown finished a term of service in the Army and planned to take an easy well-paying job. What he didn't plan on the corner gas station being the site of a hostage situation the night he stopped in to buy something to eat. Because of that incident, Takedown changed his mind about what he wanted to do with his life and attended and graduated the San Francisco Police Academy with training in hostage negotiation and eventually passed the test to join the department's S.W.A.T. team. As Cobra's urban presence increased, G.I. Joe began to increase it's number of members trained in law enforcement and urban assault, among these new members are Talkdown, S.W.A.T. Officer Widescope and others.
