LEGO Ralph head
30th Steel Brigade

This character was done as a part of a GI Joe/Simpsons crossover project I did utilizing every head offered by LEGO in Series 1 of the Simpsons.

Ralph was a difficult placement for the top brass at GI Joe. With his father Chief Wiggum already in the ranks, they really couldn't say no even though he failed every test with flying colors. He ended up with the Steel Brigade squad mainly so that the other members could keep an eye on him. During weapons training he answered every question with:

"My cat's breath smells like cat food."

This led to him being given blanks at all times, even in battle. His rocket launcher has also been disabled and he has been told if he makes the sound with his mouth it will cause the enemy great harm.

Every time the Brigade goes in for a "Yo Joe!", Ralph puts his fist up and yells, "MITTEN!"
