Entire Figure: Joe vs Cobra Zartan

Everything else: sculpted with tissue paper cape

Ever since I saw a picture of this character in the Judge Dredd Megazine I have wanted to do something with it. 2000AD/Dredd has always had a huge amount of diversity within its pages. The Zartan figure, sanded down, is absolutely perfect.

The Lion on the right shoulder was probably the hardest part of this custom. It took several attempts to get it right. Decided to use an ivory coloured paint rather than the silver look in the comic on the horns for the shoulder pad and belt buckle.
